Inverted method
Uses metal & paper filters
You'll need:
- As always - scales & spoon
- 100 g of 94 C (201.2 F) water (take in mind - coffee absorbs water so you will get around 30 g of coffee)
- 35 g of coffee (8 / 10 grind)
Before starting:
- Grind coffee & pre-heat water
- Put 1 paper and 1 metal filter into filter cap and then rinse
- Add ground coffee into AeroPress
- Put on scales & reset it
